On Friday, June 25th, GRUPO CV delivered a training session at the GRUPO LACTALIS ESPAÑA plant in Villarrobledo. This session is part of our ongoing commitment to providing specialised fire prevention and response training to renowned multinational companies.
The session was led by instructors Víctor Manuel Huertas and Enrique Sánchez, as part of the 2nd Training Day at the facility. The programme focused on understanding fire incident management, analysis, and response procedures. Attendees were trained on the various fire detection and suppression systems installed at the plant, with the aim of improving their reaction times and increasing their ability to control and extinguish a fire in its early stages.
This training gains particular relevance following the recent project carried out by CV INSTALACIONES, a company belonging to GRUPO CV, which completed a comprehensive upgrade of the plant’s active fire protection systems. Key improvements include:

Hydrant network

Automatic sprinklers in false ceilings and throughout the facility

Fire hose reels (BIEs)

Smoke extraction systems (exutories)

Fire extinguisher deployment

Reorganisation of evacuation routes
As part of the programme, Villarrobledo Fire Department was invited to take part. Six of its members attended the training and showed great interest in learning about the functionality, location, and accessibility of the new systems.
