On the past 9th March The II Edition of the International Renewable Energy Maintenance Fair- EXPOFIMER came to an end. It took place in the city of Zaragoza (just like the first edition), and more than 60 companies took part, with CV Group as one of its sponsors.
The companies that make up CV Group were fully represented by the personnel team who travelled to the Capital of the Ebro, where CV Group had a stand in the venue that 'Feria Zaragoza' had set up for #Expofimer, (Organized by The Spanish Association for the Maintenance of Renewable Energies -#AEMER-) in this event, its second edition.
The fair took place on the 8th and 9th of March, and brought together more than 60 exhibiting companies, welcoming thousands of professionals from the sector. Nearly 4,000 people attended the specific Expofimer event, and a total of 27,000 people passed through the 'Feria Zaragoza' venue during those days in order to attend the fairs that were held there simultaneously. This in turn increased the chances of devolping inter-professional relationships amongst themselves.sonas pasaron por el recinto de ‘Feria Zaragoza’ durante esos días, para asistir a las ferias que allí se celebraban simultáneamente -lo que aumentó las posibilidades de potenciar las relaciones profesionales entre ellas-.
Present in representation of the CV Group were: Carlos J. Villena (Security Systems Manager), J. Antonio Benito (Technical and Expansion Director of CV Security), Óscar Escribá (CEO of Secu85), Alberto Alberca (Communication and Marketing Director), J. Antonio López (Technical Manager for the Levante Area of CV Security) and Ana Carrasco (Marketing Techinician of CV Group)

During the inauguration of said event, the authorities present made a strategic stop at the CV Group stand, in which they were able to learn first-hand about the security situation in the field of renewable energies, a topic in which they showed great interest.
Vice President and Counselor for Industry, Competitiveness and Business Development for the Government of Aragon, Arturo Aliaga; President of the Feria de Zaragoza, Manuel Teruel; and the President of AEMER - The Spanish Association for the Maintenance of Renewable Energies, Íñigo Vázquez.
Thanks to the increase in visitors, exhibitors and the "Expofimer Forum" (in which technical talks were held during all of the conferences), the fair has established itself as the benchmark event for the Operation and Maintenance (O&M) sector of renewable facilities at European level. Within this Forum, the technical talk "The growing weight of auxiliary services in OPEX" took place, attended by Carlos J. Villena, discussing the evolution of security systems in this field over the years.
The 'Expofimer Forum' was visited by professionals who addressed, in depth, the issues that are currently arousing the most interest within the sector; such as Training, Digitization, Data Use, "Revamping", Market Evolution, or the transformation of Monitoring. A selection of proposals prepared to every last detail, so that the visitor obtained a full vision of the products, services and concerns of the sector.
