Inmaculada Jiménez Visits the Facilities of Grupo CV and Fergos

This Monday, the delegate of Finance and Public Administration, Inmaculada Jiménez, accompanied by Gema Peinado, Provincial Technician of Civil Protection, and José Luis Villanueva, Head of Civil Protection, visited the facilities of Grupo CV and the training camp of Fergos.

Inmaculada Jiménez spoke to the media who attended the event to share her impressions, pointing out that "I was familiar with the facilities, but I admire the growth of a company that specialises in fire protection training, something that is closely related to the Citizen Protection School. Some branches can not be carried out in our school and have to be taken outside. So we are going to use channels of communication and cooperation an build bridges between the administration and the private sector".

During the tour, they visited areas set up for drills, training classrooms and reviewed protocols to be followed in emergency situations. They were accompanied by Gonzalo Plaza, Sofía Plaza and Daniel Cuadrado. Gonzalo Took the opportunity to point out that the  courses held at the Fergos Training Centre "have a high level of recruitment" because "we nedd them ourselves, as we do a lot of work in fire protection" and "we prefer to have our own staff rather than having to subcontract".

At the end of the visit, Inmaculada Jiménez and the leaders of the School of Citizen Protection witnessed a fire-fighting exercise.
