Vigipres joined the well-deserved tribute that the private and public security forces made in Valencia on April 30th at 8:00 p.m. at the General Hospital of Valencia.
The private security sector of the Valencian Community, represented by a large part of the security companies within the sector, as well as representation by security guards, private detectives, systems technicians, directors and security chiefs, accompanied by the security forces: Civil Guard, National Police and Local Police. This small tribute aimed to further recognize and value the dedication of health workers during this difficult pandemic.
Given the close co-existence on the 'front line of battle', (performing, for example, protection services in hospitals) the private security sector knows first-hand the vicissitudes that health workers have had to go through. It is due to this knowledge that this tribute began: they are doing a commendable job.
Security guards also cope with Covid-19 in hospitals. Carrying out access and capacity controls to minimize infections and thus prevent the spread of the virus.
The total of the private security sector in Spain is made up of more than 1,500.
